1. Initial adhesion
Check edges, fine lines and large solid areas after transfer and after the sample has fully cooled. The result should be assessed on the actual production fabric.
2. Wash durability
Use the intended wash method and inspect lifting, cracking, colour change and surface wear across multiple cycles.
3. Stretch and recovery
Stretch the fabric in its working directions and confirm that the graphic recovers without permanent deformation or separation.
4. Dye migration
For dark polyester and sublimated fabrics, inspect colour stability immediately, after resting and after controlled heat exposure.
5. Batch consistency
Repeat the same test across representative fabric and material batches before fixing the production window.
Record temperature, time, pressure and peel method so the approved result can be reproduced in production.
